I acknowledge that:

1. Appropriate footwear must be worn at all times.
2. Shirts/tops/singlets must be worn by men at all times.
3. I must bring a towel with me when training.
4. All weights (dumbbells, barbells, etc.) and plates loaded on machines must be put away.
5. I will be respectful of everyone and understand that Warehouse Gym & Fitness is an inclusive, family-friendly gym. There is no grunting, groaning or need to make any excessive noise.
6. I am solely responsible for my membership/registration’s reactivation date because Warehouse Gym & Fitness do not charge an admin fee or other fees, and I understand I will not receive a refund if I don’t cancel my membership.

Upon acceptance of this trial:

1. I participate in all activities at Warehouse Gym & Fitness at my own sole risk and responsibility.
2. I release and indemnify Warehouse Gym & Fitness and all its partners, staff, and agents, from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by me, on my behalf or by other parties for or in respect or arising out of injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach of agreement or in any way whatsoever.
3. I agree that I will be responsible for any damage which myself or my guest may cause at the facility if the damage was caused by my wilful act of negligence.
4. I further agree that in the event that I am injured or my property is lost, stolen or damaged, I will bring no legal claim or otherwise.
