WGF 4 Week PT Block
Whether you’re a seasoned gym goer or just starting, you may be self-sufficient and know what you’re doing, but if you think you could benefit, i.e. reach your goals easier/quicker with the help of an expert PT, then our 4-week block is perfect for you. Get all your questions answered and maximise your time on the gym floor.
Our coaches specialise in the following:
- Powerlifting
- Olympic lifting
- Crossfit
- Boxing
- Bodybuilding
- Nutrition
- Sports specific programs
- Newbies (not sure what you are doing?)
You will receive one session weekly face-to-face.
Whatever you’re interested in, our coaches will deliver an effective muscle-building program detailing what you will do in the gym that day. It would help if you had a map for getting to your goal, which starts with knowing what steps you will take from one workout to the next. That’s a smidgin of what our 4-week personal training block will do for you.
