What Is It?

Semi-private group coaching is the experience of a personal trainer in a small group setting. Generally taking place in groups of 2 to 4 people, semi-private training can accommodate groups as large as 5 or 6. The benefits of this type of training are in the personal attention, so it’s best to keep the groups as intimate as possible. Activities available range from powerlifting to high intensity interval training. You decide what group you want to be a part of.

How Is It Run?

Group training is usually run in blocks. These can be 4 week, 8 week or 12 week intervals. At Warehouse Gym and Fitness, we find that the best results are achieved when you dedicate a focused amount of time to your discipline. This gives you the opportunity to genuinely learn about the techniques involved while improving your skills and level of fitness. Working intimately with a coach for a specific amount of time on a certain discipline provides a different type of result. Often more maintainable and enjoyable than broader activities like cardio classes. The different types of sessions are run uniquely by our coaches. It all depends on what you’re looking to get out of your training experience. Whether it’s crossfit, HIIT, boxing classes or any sort of lifting, we’ll match you with a suitable coach with expertise and experience in that area.

How Is It Different To Personal Training?

The only real difference is the addition of between 1 and 5 members to your workout routine – depending on your group size.
