Joey, the owner of Strong 24|7.
About me:
– 13 years playing Rugby League at various rep levels including state and country.
- Competed internationally in Natural Bodybuilding 3rd place Asia Pacific
– National bodybuilding champion 2011 u70kg class
- Represented Australia at the IPF (powerlifting) world champs in Belarus
– Two Australian deadlift records (278kg and 282kg)
- All-time best lifts, Squat: 242kg, Bench press: 151kg, Deadlift 285kg at 77kg bodyweight

Applying scientific principals (of the latest research) through a practical and experienced application. Part of my service is to help you better understand nutrition and training strategies for a more optimal outcome.

One on one personal coaching:
Focusing on technique, nutrition consulting, strength testing (1 rep maxes for example), a general kick in the arse, exercise instructions, goal setting/planning.
Online coaching:
7 years running my online coaching business including nutritional advice, powerlifting, bodybuilding and fat-loss coaching.
Nutrition:
Individual nutrition targets and regimes to fit into your lifestyle and goals. Working with calories/macro within various levels of application (based on skill level), to help achieve your goals.

I’m Michael Piras owner of Dynamic Fitness Training. I’ve been personal training for 16 years, and I couldn’t be more excited about joining team WGF.
Working within the health & fitness industry is my passion & I specialise in a wide range of areas including;

Within my years of personal training, I have had a wide array of clients in all ages; from professional athletes, to providing NDIS support and to the general person wanting to change or upkeep their healthy lifestyle.
For all my clients, I strive to provide them with education & knowledge around training & nutrition. My goal as a coach has always been to assist my clients in executing correct form and technique when performing any movements/ lifts—enabling them to set realistic/achievable goals whilst keeping them accountable. Dylan
Dylan has an extensive background in strength and conditioning specialising in building strong runners.
An avid runner himself, Dylan understands the muscular and physiological demands runners need to keep their feet on the ground, mileage high and body prepared for their next run.
But running isn’t his only strong point, working with clients with general strength and body composition goals. He prides himself on building strong people without all the junk load and training.
The gym is a tool to keep you doing what you do best, life! Be prepared for any challenge thrown at you whether it’s a weekend hiking trip, a game of footy on the weekend or just simply playing with your kids, Dylan has you covered.

At compound fitness we believe in a goal-setting mentality, you know what you want to achieve and we help you get to it! From the moment we meet, we discuss what your goals are and what your potential barriers could be. With this information we create specified plans for you to reach those goals in an safe and enjoyable environment.
