I am one of the faces here at Warehouse Gym & Fitness. Thought I would take this opportunity to welcome you all on board and introduce myself.
I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Registered Nurse. Owner of Make Fitness Personal. Working in the health and fitness industry for over 5 years now. I specialise in a wide range of areas including;
– Weight loss
- Body comp training
- Strength and Conditioning
- Exercise for over 50s
- Sports specific coaching (e.g. AFL)
- Aerobic endurance and general fitness
– Nutritional guidance
I have competed in WBFF muscle competition.
I am a keen surfer and love everything about the coast.
I run a very successful Results-Based Small Group Coaching sessions as well as 1:1 PT sessions for your goals and believe in a more personal and holistic approach to health and fitness.

I have been competing in the IFBB Professional League for the past 2 years. Some of my most recent achievements include:
– 2018 IFBB Pro League NSW State Show: 1st place in the Bikini Juniors, Bikini Intermediate and Bikini Novice categories 3rd Place in the Bikini Open category
– 2019 IFBB Pro League Nationals Competition: 1st place in the Bikini Intermediate category, 3rd place in the Bikini Open category
– 2019 Amateur Olympia Tokyo: 1st place in the Bikini Open Category, which is also where I won my Pro Card

Dylan has an extensive background in strength and conditioning specialising in building strong runners.
An avid runner himself, Dylan understands the muscular and physiological demands runners need to keep their feet on the ground, mileage high and body prepared for their next run.
But running isn’t his only strong point, working with clients with general strength and body composition goals. He prides himself on building strong people without all the junk load and training.
The gym is a tool to keep you doing what you do best, life! Be prepared for any challenge thrown at you whether it’s a weekend hiking trip, a game of footy on the weekend or just simply playing with your kids, Dylan has you covered.
