I am a local Wollongong girl with a background in field sports such as Hockey and Oztag, where I have competed at state representative levels. I then moved on to the individual sport of powerlifting, where I have competed at state and national levels, winning the u57s weight class at the APU NSW States.
I am a passionate Strength and Powerlifting coach at Warehouse Gym & Fitness. My services include Face to Face coaching and Online Programming for powerlifters and those looking to improve their fitness. By applying my strength training and movement patterns knowledge, I provide personalised programs that aim to achieve your goals.
Powerlifting is a sport that is welcoming to anyone of any strength but also gratifying. I also like to educate my clients about training and movement so they come away with more than just coaching. I am constantly updating my fitness industry knowledge to ensure the best possible service to my clients.

Dylan has an extensive background in strength and conditioning specialising in building strong runners. An avid runner himself, Dylan understands the muscular and physiological demands runners need to keep their feet on the ground, mileage high and body prepared for their next run. But running isn’t his only strong point, working with clients with general strength and body composition goals. He prides himself on building strong people without all the junk load and training.

Hi, my name is Cameron Nell, and I’m the founder of Limitless. My vision is to help people achieve optimal health so they can live a life fulfilled.
I have been training and competing in sports my entire life, and I have always valued health and fitness as a cornerstone.
I have an eclectic mix of professional and life experiences that have shaped me into who I am today, and that has informed the bespoke offering I provide my clients.
MY PROUDEST MOMENTS:
- Representing Australia for downhill skiing in Colorado when I was only 15 years old
- Competing in the Australian tour for bodyboarding
- Competing at a national level for Judo
- Winning state and national titles and 3rd in the world cup in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
- Achieving 12 wins out of 13 fights in MMA and winning state and national titles, and being selected for the Australian team
- Competing in 18 Muay Thai fights and winning a state title
- I have also been a business coach for more than 50 other trainers helping them hit their financial goals for their business
Above all else though, my greatest achievement is raising my little family. I have an amazing wife and a beautiful, healthy young boy named Lachlan.

I was born and raised in the heart of Wollongong. Growing up, I was constantly involved in every sport I could, from soccer to surfing to skiing.
I have a powerlifting and marathon running background, but I am constantly extending my knowledge and training. I pride myself in using the mentality of practising what you preach behind all of my training.
Through my Strength training and conditioning background, I have gained extensive knowledge to carry to my personalised programs. I’m passionate about coaching strength and conditioning, distance running and overall fitness at Warehouse Gym.

Hey, I’m Josh!
My fitness journey takes a unique path in the industry, providing me with a fresh and effective perspective on training. It all started during my early years in MMA, around 11 or 12 years old. Simultaneously, I was deeply involved in school cross country runs, and by the time I reached 14, I was competing at the state level in Triathlon. These early experiences laid the foundation for my growing interest in weight training and coaching. Around the age of 16, I eagerly embraced high-intensity methods like CrossFit and Olympic Lifting.
Currently, my training routine is a fusion of strategies aimed at preventing injuries in Jiu-Jitsu, combined with my passion for hypertrophy and Body-Building purely for the joy it brings.
My excitement spans across all training techniques, but I have a special affinity for creating programs and offering coaching that foster holistic physical preparedness, often referred to as Functional Strength.
My goal for 10th House Coaching is to provide a service of such high value that clients walk away genuinely loving their training, their life, and their progress, beyond what they previously thought possible.
