I have been coaching individuals like you for four years; I have a background in Exercise Science and have been in the gym since I was old enough to hold a membership.
I train as a powerlifter and have competed locally with big goals to take it even further. Before this, I competed in bodybuilding and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and played OzTag socially.
Having been through many phases of my fitness journey, I am confident in guiding you towards your ideal outcome.
While my training focuses mainly on strength and performance, health and fitness can encompass much more. It’s also about how you move, look and feel, eat, and do life outside of the gym.

I am a local Wollongong girl with a background in field sports such as Hockey and Oztag, where I have competed at state representative levels. I then moved on to the individual sport of powerlifting, where I have competed at state and national levels, winning the u57s weight class at the APU NSW States.
I am a passionate Strength and Powerlifting coach at Warehouse Gym & Fitness. My services include Face to Face coaching and Online Programming for powerlifters and those looking to improve their fitness. Hey, I’m India – Strength & Powerlifting Coach!
My mission is to exemplify the benefits of training on a grand scale, while coaching each person with purpose on a personal level.
Movement has been at the centre of my life for as long as I can remember. I started dancing at age 3 and taught from the age of 14, naturally developing a skill for cueing and correction.
From 2018–2020, I balanced teaching dance with training as a professional dancer. During COVID, I completed my Certificate IV in Fitness and spent a full year observing and learning in a gym setting before taking on PT clients.
I landed my first personal training role in 2021 at an all-women’s studio. That experience fast-tracked my growth — I learned through doing, through mentorships, and through mistakes.
Since 2022, I have played a key role in expanding my partner and I’s powerlifting team. In collaboration with Cicc, we’ve tripled our powerlifting athletes, helping to establish a dedicated team. We also independently ran 3 sanctioned powerlifting meets and plan to continue to add to this number.
In 2023, I became a National Champion in Powerlifting. This experience pushed my growth beyond belief and put our coaching team on the map.
While growing our team, I’ve handled many athletes across powerlifting competitions around Australia and continue to grow the powerlifting community.
My aim is to help every person unlock their strength. I believe every single human is capable of so much more than they realise and this is where my coaching comes into play.

Dylan has an extensive background in strength and conditioning specialising in building strong runners. An avid runner himself, Dylan understands the muscular and physiological demands runners need to keep their feet on the ground, mileage high and body prepared for their next run. But running isn’t his only strong point, working with clients with general strength and body composition goals. He prides himself on building strong people without all the junk load and training.

I have been training and competing in sports my entire life, and I have always valued health and fitness as a cornerstone.

- Representing Australia for downhill skiing in Colorado when I was only 15 years old

- Winning state and national titles and 3rd in the world cup in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu
- Achieving 12 wins out of 13 fights in MMA and winning state and national titles, and being selected for the Australian team
