TAILORED WORKOUTS:

Tuesdays: 6am – 6:45am

Full-body workout!

  • Engage all muscle groups
  • Improve heart & lunch fitness
  • Over time you will see improved muscle tone and less body fat!

Thursdays: 6am – 6:45am

Core strength & conditioning

  • Specialised class to sculpt & strengthen your core
  • Suitable whether you’re striving for a 6-pack or just want to improve your overall stability

Saturdays: 6am – 6:45am

Upper-lower body shunts

  • Unique blend of upper & lower body exercises
  • Enhance blood flow, power, and performance!
