TAILORED WORKOUTS:
Tuesdays: 6am – 6:45am
Full-body workout!

Thursdays: 6am – 6:45am
Core strength & conditioning
- Specialised class to sculpt & strengthen your core
- Suitable whether you’re striving for a 6-pack or just want to improve your overall stability
Saturdays: 6am – 6:45am
Upper-lower body shunts
- Unique blend of upper & lower body exercises
- Enhance blood flow, power, and performance!
