WGF 4 Week PT Block
Whether you’re a regular at the gym or just starting out, doing your thing solo is great. But if you ever thought about making your fitness goals happen faster with a personal trainer, our 4-week PT block is made for you. Get all your questions answered and maximise your time on the gym floor at Warehouse Gym & Fitness Wollongong.

- Newbies (not sure what you are doing?)
With our 4-week personal training block, you will receive one face-to-face session per week for (you guessed it) 4 weeks. Whatever you’re interested in, our coaches will deliver an effective muscle-building program detailing what you will do in the gym that day. It would help if you had a map for getting to your goal, which starts with knowing what steps you will take from one workout to the next. That’s a quick insight into what our 4-week personal training block will do for you.
